About this tool

This screening measures three types of memory affected by ADHD: working memory (holding info while using it), prospective memory (remembering to do future tasks), and object/context memory (where things are). Questions are informed by the Cognitive Failures Questionnaire (Broadbent et al., 1982), ASRS-v1.1, and ADHD memory research showing large working memory deficits and significant prospective memory impairments in adults with ADHD.

Disclaimer

This screening is not a diagnosis. Memory difficulties can have many causes. If your results suggest significant forgetfulness patterns consistent with ADHD, consider seeking evaluation from a clinician experienced with ADHD in adults.
